Declan is now working towards his 3rd degree Black Belt, his dad just put on 1st degree Black Belt and I (Kelly) have been there the whole way AND was a founding participant in Sam Miller’s Fit and Tone Class that meets 3 days a week!
You could not ask for a better, more fun, more family oriented activity that will teach hard work, respect, integrity, life skills and the willingness to try new things you never thought possible!
